DRC Sports began race directing in 1999 and has steadily grown to become one of the emerging forces in Athletic Event Production and Management. We started with the Crystal River Triathlon Series and added our own "first of its kind" event called the Nature Coast Twilight Triathlon. Since that time we have added 3 Duathlons and another Tri-Series in Jacksonville, Florida.

DRC Sports prides itself on producing quality events, without forgetting how to keep it fun. Our unique blend of fast/accurate results, energetic music, personalized service, and helpful/friendly staff give our events a hometown feel with all the professionalism of the big guys.

All or our events are sanctioned by USA Triathlon and every course is selected with safety in mind. Athletes must be a member of USAT to compete in our events and may either become a member of USAT for $39/year or pay a one-day license fee of $10.00 per event.

DRC Sports events have a significant economic impact on the communities surrounding each race. DRC events are clean and friendly to both the environment and local residents. The median family income of our athletes is over $100,000.00 a year and women make up almost 40% of our athlete base.

Our innovative and love-for-the-sport approach to race management will continue to bring DRC Sports to the front of the line. We are already planning on expanding our event schedule to Olympic and Half-Ironman distances, as well as, continuing to develop unique and one-of-a-kind events to keep the racing fun.
