RUN 2 mile - Out and back on a paved road trail in park.		BIKE 11 miles - Under a canopy of trees and scenic flat course.		RUN 2 miles - One more time with an out and back paved road.

Non-USAT licensed athletes registration fee includes the $12 one-day license. USAT athletes must provide a valid USAT# and present their USAT card & photo ID at registration. A $45 Annual license can be purchased at www.usatmembership.com (For athletes under 17 years of age prices are $10 for a one-day or $15 annual).
