SWIM ¼ mile in the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean (beach start) with a fresh water shower into transition #1. Swim caps are provided in your race packet and are REQUIRED during the swim.		BIKE 16 miles flat, fast, out & back course along the coastline of scenic Amelia Island on Northeast Florida's beautiful Atlantic Coast.		RUN 3 miles out and back with water available at mile markers thru the North Fletcher island community.

SWIM 1.5k [0.93 miles] In the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean (beach start) with a fresh water shower into transition #1. Swim caps are provided in your race packet and are REQUIRED during the swim.		BIKE 40k [24.7 miles] Flat (Except for the bridge), fast course thru the scenic Amelia Island on N.E. Florida's beautiful Atlantic coast.		RUN 10k [6.2 miles] Out & back with water stations at mile marks. The run course is through tree covered Fort Clinch with plenty of shade.

Non-USAT licensed athletes registration fee includes the $12 one-day license. USAT athletes must provide a valid USAT# and present their USAT card & photo ID at registration. A $45 Annual license can be purchased at www.usatmembership.com (For athletes under 17 years of age prices are $10 for a one-day or $15 annual).
