Monday
Bridge RunYates YMCA- 5:30 a.m.
The Monday morning group run starts in front of the river-walk at the Yates YMCA at 5:30 a.m. The group run is 4-6 miles over the Main Street and Acosta bridges. If you want to get stronger come out and join us. Please contact Paul for more info.
Tuesday
Lululemon- 6:30 p.m.The Tuesday night group run starts front of one of the coolest place in town...Lululemon athletica at the St Johns Town Center. This group run is a 3-5 mile out and back course and open for all levels of walker and runners. Please contact Ted for more info 904-379-7170.
Wednesday
PRS and JRC Speed Training - 6:15 p.m.The Wednesday night group run is a speed workout session featuring one of Jacksonville's fastest coaches in town, Paul McRae. The group meets at Englewood High school and is focused to get you geared up for the next big race. Contact Paul or Jo 904-885-1078 to be added to the email list for the next speed session.
JRC Sunny Run at Bartram Park - 6:00 p.m.The Wednesday night group run starts in front of the Bartram Park location. Runners of all abilities are invited to join in as we run anywhere from 2 - 5 miles. Please contact Darrin at 904-268-0608 for more information.
Thursday
Beaches Beer Run with Trek Jacksonville (Beaches Location) - 6:30 p.m. This run consists of a 4 mile-loop or 8 mile double-loop through the neighborhoods of Jax Beach. It starts at Trek Jax Beach and ends at Engine 15 for some "rehydration" and good times. Join us, because everything is "funner" with a runner!!
