All Triathlons Start/Finish at the Fort Island Gulf Beach Park, Crystal River, Florida

Beach start at the water's edge in 3 waves.

SWIM ¼ mile in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico with a fresh water shower into transition #1

BIKE 15 miles out and back on this fast and flat course, running through the pristine estuaries of West Central Florida's beautiful "Nature Coast"

RUN 3 miles out and back with water available at miles 1 & 2

Plenty of post race refreshments, music, awards, and complete race results
