SWIM .25 Miles   In the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean (beach start) with a fresh water shower into transition #1. Swim caps are provided in your race packet and are REQUIRED during the swim.

BIKE 10 Miles   Flat, fast, Out & Back course along the coastline of scenic Amelia Island on N.E. Florida's beautiful Atlantic coast.

RUN 3 Miles   Out & back with water stations at mile marks. The run course is out & back thru the North Fletcher island community.

Plenty of post race refreshments, music, awards, and complete race results.
