Start/Finish is at the Main Beach Park, Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island, Florida.

SWIM 1.2 Miles   In the warm waters of the Atlantic Ocean (beach start) with a fresh water shower into transition #1. Swim caps are provided in your race packet and are REQUIRED during the swim.


BIKE 56 Miles   Flat (Except for the bridge), fast course through scenic Amelia Island on N.E. Florida's beautiful Atlantic coast. There will be a Bottle Exchange every 10 miles on the Bike Course

RUN 13.1 Miles   Out & back with water stations at mile marks. The run course is through tree covered Fort Clinch with plenty of shade. There will be Water Stations approximately every mile on the Run Course

Plenty of post race refreshments, music, awards, and complete race results.
