Course:
SWIM ¼ mile in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico with a fresh water shower into transition #1
BIKE 15 miles out and back on this fast and flat course, running through the pristine estuaries of West Central Florida's beautiful "Nature Coast" The entire course is paved.
RUN 3 miles out and back with water available at miles 1 and 2
