First Wave at 7:30 a.m.
Wallace Brooks Park, Downtown Inverness, Florida
1 Block North of the Old Courthouse (North Apopka Ave.)
Turn Right onto Dampier and follow to the end.
SWIM ¼ mile. From Wallace Brooks Park to Liberty Park in majestic Lake Henderson (Point to point)
BIKE 12 miles. Flat, fast, paved course on Florida's Rails to Trails and through beautiful 7 Lakes
RUN 3 miles. Out & back with water stations at mile marks on Florida's Rails-to-Trails.
